When you place an order, you will receive an email notification confirming details of your order and an email notification as soon as your order is despatched. Please ensure the contact details (Email Address, Name, and Delivery Address) are accurate and the email account provided is working. A contract between Glitter Wrap UK and you will only be made at the time of despatch once payment has been received and not before. We have the right to decline the order up until the moment of despatch.

Any agreement between you and Glitter Wrap UK shall be governed and interpreted in accordance to English Law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between you and Glitter Wrap UK.

Although we will be make every effort to ensure that details of our product and the price are accurately stated on the Glitter Wrap UK website we cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of such details. Should we have unintentionally misquoted a product on the website, Glitter Wrap UK will not be liable to sell the item at the stated price, prior to Glitter Wrap confirming the acceptance and details of the order.

All our products stated on the Glitter Wrap UK Website are subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with a product, we will notify you as soon as possible in order for you to have the option to either change or cancel your order.

Delivery and Payment

Glitter Wrap UK accepts most major credit cards. All online payments are processed securely using internet security payment provider PayPal which ensures all information provided is encrypted and details protected.

If the item is currently out of stock or for bulk orders, please contact us on info@glitter-wrap.co.uk. Glitter Wrap will not be responsible for loss resulted from any delay for any reason outside our control.

All products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time you make the order. Orders will only be despatched once payment by credit/debit card or cheque has been cleared. Your receipt will be despatched with your goods.

We take every care to ensure that the descriptions of the products are accurate, although all measurements specified are approximate and variations in the colour, weight and dimension may arise.

You have the right to cancel the order up until the date of despatch and your account will be credited for the price of the product.

If the goods have already been despatched at the time you request to cancel the order, we will credit your account for the price of the product within 30 days of the notice of cancellation. We are unable to refund the cost of delivery to you and delivery charges for returning the items to Glitter Wrap are the sole responsibility of you.

If the goods are not returned within 7 days of notification of cancelling the order, you will be deemed to have accepted the order and if required your account will be redebited for the price of the products.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If the goods you have received are incorrect or damaged, you must notify us at info@glitter-wrap.co.uk,within 3 working days with the details of the product received, order number and invoice reference.

You have the right to return the goods and have seven days to return the product which must be unused and undamaged. Glitter Wrap UK will credit your account for the price of the product within 30 days. We are unable to refund the cost of delivery to you and delivery charges for returning the items to Glitter Wrap are the sole responsibility of you.
